Director; Property Lawyer

Nick is a director of the firm and provides legal services to the firm as well as comprehensive services to property developers and other clients. Nick has been involved in the property/legal areas for almost 20 years, having lead several local firms/conveyancing businesses over the years.

Nick’s major areas of practice include:
- Property acquisition and disposal, including GST and stamp duty advice
- Property development, subdivisions and Section 173 Agreements
- Option agreements and tenders

Toni Blackwell
Director; Conveyancer

Toni is a director of the firm and very experienced in property law and conveyancing, having worked in this area for 13 years in Geelong and Melbourne conveyancing and law firms.

Toni strives to ensure that her clients have a clear understanding of the often complex conveyancing process and is able to assist all clients, from first home buyers to investors and developers with their conveyancing and property needs.

Geoff Voss
Conveyancer

Prior to joining the property law industry, Geoff’s career included 17 years in banking including the role of branch manager with extensive involvement in lending for property.

This is a strong compliment to Geoff’s role as a conveyancer which he has held since 2002. Geoff’s client service standards and conveyancing knowledge are his strengths.

Michelle Robertson
Conveyancer 

Michelle has worked in legal and conveyancing field for 27 years, including the last 13 years primarily in conveyancing handling sales, purchases and settlements.

Michelle’s experience includes a wide variety of legal areas – conveyancing, business law, commercial law and probate.
